Phase One Consulting Services is a company that provides electrical inspections (evaluations) on residential and commercial properties, as well as consultations on electrical installs, electrical training and seminars. We at Phase One Consulting are acutely aware of the inadequacies or want of repair to a large number of properties whose electrical installations, and the wiring therein, create or pose a serious risk of fire or shock hazard. We are also aware that the need for training in electrical installations and electrical safety, separate from educational institutions, is in high demand, but not readily available by qualified persons.

We pride ourselves on our expertise to be able to give a thorough and honest evaluation on the electrical safety of a current installation and advise where improvements may be required. Please see our link, Team leader, for our qualifications.

We also provide technical assistance and/or training in the field or classroom setting.

One of our objectives is to evaluate the electrical system to meet the requirements of the B.C. Safety Authority, whose mandate, by virtue of the Electrical Safety Act and Regulations of British Columbia, is to provide a safe electrical environment for all British Columbians.
